The press is consisting of:
1. Press stand: The press consists of 2 portals, one of the is moveable, there is also a pressing plate. The pressing plate has a horizontal and a vertical movement.
2. High frequency generator Typ T20L 20 kW
3. Trombone: The Trombone is mounted to the press and is operated from the control board. 4. Hydraulic station: Consisting of a 200 ltr. oil tank, with a 11 kW motor mounted on top of the tank, the motor is operating 2 pumps (280 bar).
The ventiles and pressure switches are mounted to the tank.
5. Control board: Free standing control board. Form there the press can be controlled manual and automatic. Input of operation mode by PLC keyboard. Password protection of the input system information.
Display for pressure and time.
6. Roller track with small rolls in front and backside of the press.
