SCHUBERT cover packing plant TLM plant with double soil magazine and vacuum delivery aggregate. The box soil of cuts is taken from the magazine by a CNC delivery aggregate, by means of vacuum and pressed in the before folding pit. There product is applied information with domino lasers. The before folded soil cut is put into a cartridge and brought to the filling station. There the product is put manually into the packing and continued to transport to cover station. Out of 4 magazines the covers are taken also here to the packing, which sticks lax together glued and with the box. And the stuck together box filled now brought on a conveyor into the Herma catch and label aggregate, where a catch-lax is attached. In the further operational sequence a EAN label is applied by means of Zebra printer and a domino Inkjet printer applies still further product info.
