(reflection/transmission) for transmitted light and supervision measurements for density and raster percentages in films and black-and-white pictures. With top illumination measurements the raster percentages are computed alternatively after the Murray Davies or Yule Nielsen formula. The equipment can be used thus also for the measurements on pressure plates. During transmitted light measurement densities to D=6 can be measured reliably; during the reflection measurement on paper densities to D=2,5.
