ROVEMA DPP horizontal bag machine this concerns continuously working, horizontal bags - a form, a Fuell and a closing machine with heat-sealing or impulse welding equipment. The Grundmaschine is furnished for the processing of heat-sealing-able Huellstoffen, in particular compound and combination foils, as well as for all thermoplastic foils. The product which can be packed is supplied by the transition belt of the machine. The filling of the transition belt can take place manually, automatically etc. (depending upon product condition). The product is formed of the transition belt handed over into a format tunnel by which the Huellstoff to a hose. The product lying in the tubular sheeting is carried on and welded by the welding tools and separated with a Stechmesser. For the longitudinal weld a continuousheated welding system is used. The transverse welding station works by reciprocating welding tools.
