DIOSNA type P50 high speed mixer granulator in 316 grade stainless steel. 525mm dia x 250mm deep mixing bowl, gross capacity approx 52 litres and suitable for product batch size of approx 20-25 litres (say 10 - 15kg). 100mm dia product discharge with hand operated valve.
Two speed bottom entry 3 blade main mixer, two speed side entry two blade granulator mixer, 1450 & 2900 rpm. Bowl top cover with clamps and seal, 100mm dia chargeport, 100mm dia filter sock, 1 x 25mm dia connection. Stainless jacket to bowl for heating or cooling. Control panel with electrical mains isolator, mixer speed selectors,motor ammeters, 0 - 12 minute process timers, stop/start controls. 415v 3ph 50hz supply.
Overall dimensions 1740 x 800 x 150mm high (1800 high with cover raised).
