Each programm consists of one or several
data sets with NC-positioning data as well as
machine functions for control of machine procedure.
The programming occurs via an input keyboard and
screen display with a 12'' cathode ray tube.
For the handling a comfortable operator guidance
with clear text dialog is available.
The chaning of a programm part occurs in EDITOR-MODE.
Here programm parts can be inserted or removed or
programm blocks can be copied. A hard disc and a
3 1/2'' disc run are available as background memory
and for archiving, in which texts, machine programms,
schedules and so on can be stored.
The production flexibility is warrantied through a
free-programmable memory. The process master control
(superior line control) can administer the input
production data. Each as per working programmm the
NC-data and machine funtionc are assigned to the
single machines. Therefore it is possible,
to refitt the machine in sections, and to carry out
quantity manipulation and other interferences.
