The dowel hole drill- and drive in machine is used
for horizontal drilling, then applying glue in the holes
and driving in the hole the dowel.
Formstiffner basic machine frame and separately
fixed
dowel drive in stations with vibrating pan and glue
container.
The in put of the workpieces is manually done.
Automatic operation run and operation types:
Drilling- dowel drive in - drilling or dowel driving
is set at user table.
Each dowel driving station can be called upon per keyboard.
Glue jets can beactivated per button, in a short time washes
water the glue jets.
Safety switch for drill exchange and to equip the drive in station.
One drill head with 25 spindles at 32 mm raster
and the dowel drive in aggregats are one compact unit.
Biggest dowel distance at 25 spindles is 768 mm.
All dowel drive in aggregats can be changed in 32 mm raster to
the different drilling positions. It is possible to swich them
separately on and off.
High-graded glue jets and special glue application allows
clean and quality glueing of dowels.
Hand sorted dowels will be used.
Centralized adjustion of 2 side stoppers allows on going operation
without any adjustation.
A 5 Liter glue receptacle allows a longer work period
without having to exchange the glue receptacle.
The workpiece on table is slip-safe, 4 pneumatic workpiece clamps,
allow safe workpiece clamping.
Foot-switch used for operation.

Adjustation follows over digital positioning display. Easy and clearly ar-
ranged operations table.
Glue application dosage per time relay.
Drills with total length of 57 mm and 77 mm can be used.
A separate measure skale allows fast adjustation for
drill depth, and height.
Dowel with 30 - 40 mm length can be used.
Used glue is: PVAC dispersal glue with max. 500 mPa.s of viscosis.
