We offer a Digital Ink Jet Plotter of the brand name MIMAKI, type JV4, with a printing width of max. 160 cm.
Commercial marking: Color Inkjet Plotter MIMAKI JV4 -160.
This machine was used in our company for the making of sublimation models in sportswear and banners. According to this the used colours are sublimation colours in a corresponding filling station.
In the last year the machine and the equipment was nearly out of use. Now we have discontinued the line of the sublimation-technology and therefore we want to sell all components in this section.
We offer the MIMAKI JV4-160, with year of construction 2003 and serial number B1308713.
The MIMAKI JV4-160 has been operated with the RIP software “Poster Print” from Switzerland. This mentioned software is not part of our offer, because we need it for other MIMAKI machines, which are still operating. But the JV4 can also be used with an other RIP software.
All 12 colour cartridge plug-in positions are covered with transparent 1 litre synthetic refill cartridges. The machine has been mainly used with 6 colours (B Y C M -- Lightly Cyan Lightly magenta), but sometimes for various applications also with special colours (dark black, special blue, …).
In any case the new user of the machine has to flush it (cleaning and service, filter changes … it is also necessary, if you use other colour-types!).
This machine offers also the possibility to use two different colour-systems at the same time (6 on the left side and 6 on the right side) without time and effort for a change-over and cleaning. With regard to this, we refer to the german page of the importer from Japan: nbn
The printing heads are original Type EPSON. Not all of the 6 double-heads are in a perfect condition. At the print-head-test, one of this prints only 2/3 of the area of colours and another one doesn`t print in a certain print head area. But the print-heads are standard in the digital printing field and they can be purchased very easily in the wholesale of the printing industry.
With regard to the offered MIMAKI JV4-160 we have no producer guarantee, but we assure, that this used printing machine is in good technical condition.
