1 transport belt to sanding machine
1 Hess Junior single piece sanding machine, sanding from top and bottom,
Oszillation for optimal using of the sanding belt, blowing unit,
ceramic shoe, brushing unit
1 Neumann transport system to Weinig Unicontrol 10
1 Weinig Unicontrol 10 window centre, electronic length stop,
cut-off saw variable, Laser, electronic degree dsiply for studio windows, additional stop
for studio windows , Turning table as back transport with swith to exit transport system,
Tenonig spindle for 8 tools, 2 profiling spindles each 4 tools,
grooving aggregate from top + glazing bead saw aggregate, fitting profiling spindlet for 3 tools
1 exit transport system to frame press
Option: 1 window tool kit IV 68 Zuani, wood and wood aluminium
1 Schafberger u. Sprödhuber frame press model Junior, 3500 x 2550 mm,
with automatic adjustment
