Recycling plant:
The pre-sorted and pre-crushed material is to bring to the conveyor with the help of an excavator or a crusher.
With the frequency converter it’s possible to adjust the transport speed and the material delivery rate adapted to the actual requirements. The task-unit of the conveyor is 5.000 millimetres long and the conveyor bandwidth is 1.000 millimetres.
Drum screen:
In the first screen zone material with a size less than 15 millimetres will be filtered. In the second sreen zone material with a size less than 55 millimetres will be filtered. The drum screen has a length of 8.800 millimetres and an aperture of 2.500 millimetres. The drum sreen is built and enclosed on a solid steel frame. Therefore dust and noise are highly reduced.
Filter cabin:
The filter overflow will be transported to the sorter conveyor (width: 1.000 millimetres) through the filter cabin (length: 9.000 millimetres, width: 3.900 millimetres, height: 2.500 millimetres), whereby the sorters can work better. For a good illumination the plant has 12 windows and several fluorescent lamps over the sort conveyor. To avoid infiltration the 6 chutes are equipped with clacks, which can be opened and closed.
The filter cabin is equipped after the latest employment protection requirements for example it contains an air conditioner. The filter cabin is built on a solid steel construction and contains corresponding stairs, which are built according to the latest security directives.
Sorter conveyor:
The sorter conveyor has a length of 19.000 millimetres and a width of 1.000 millimetres and is continued after the filter cabin to the dropping point.
Magnet conveyor:
After the filter cabin there’s separate magnet conveyor on an additional frame to filter the metal within the material.
The plant is a very good status and was used a little (54 operating hours). It’s possible to view the plant every time.
