Line for zinc and cooper coating is assigned for zinc coating and cooper coating and for drum zinc coating. This line is settled as a single – row with input and output in one workplace. Dimensions of operational baths are 2000×500×1000/950 mmm /length, width, depth/.
On the input or output out work place is lifting stand in which low part is spout. Interoperational transport performs underslung electric manipulator of load capacity 400 kg. Manipulator is hand – operated moving on hanging travel way lock onto carrying steel construction.
Both lins are projected for manual operation with permanent attendance, but operation forwarding manipulators, turning drums in baths, keying and cooling technological bath are controlled and checked by control system TECOMAT NS 950 from company TECO.
