SEPARATION LINE FOR METALS & WASTE

!! Ideal for shredder residues !!
Purpose:
A sorting line to automatically separate metals from non metallic materials. Unique is that the fraction size does not matter like it does for regular Eddy Current Systems. With this line you can process mixed materials from 20mm up to 800mm together as one load.
Capacity:
Up to 5 t/h with shredder residues or higher with other material that contain waste and metals
The line is in good working condition and has the following components:
* A BOLLEGRAAF feeding belt
* A vibrating gutter of 1.500mm wide
* A very special Eddy Current Separator of 1.500mm wide and neodymium magnets
* 3 x a BOLLEGRAAF picking/sorting belt in a 30 degree angle for up to 10 pickers
* Steel bunker walls of 2.700mm heigth to create a closed area with bunkers
9 x LARGE BUNKER WALL of 11.400 x 2.700 x 230mm
11 x SMALLER BUNKER WALL of 5.750 x 2.700 x 230mm
* Various stairs, borders and walking floors
* Extended digital PLC steering unit (Omron Sysdrive)
* Drop holes (chutes) along the sorting belts
* A transport belt system to load 20ft containers upstanding
All components from this line are from a very high quality and made by Dutch, German and American manufacturers
Almost every component of this line is frequency steered and with this the speed of each component is digitally adjustable
This sorting line can be extended easily and we are able to offer extra components as well
This sorting line can be used to separate various kinds of waste with sorting spots for up to 10 persons.
It can also be used to separate metals from waste fully automatically with only two persons that operate the complete line.
