It is about a used horizontal grinding machine, manufacturer FOPAC, type Diskus DHW 1200/4000, year of production 1960, with usual second hand marks.
The machine has been overhauled in 2006 at which following operations were executed:
- Hydraulic cylinder from tabletop drive mechanism replaced.
- Oil bags in running surface of table trimmed.
- Lubrication line and connections complete renewed.
- Machine bed cleaned and new wipe rings mounted.
- Mounting flange for connection rod replaced.
- Table slots cleared.
- Magnet angle cleaned and new fixated.
Machine dimensions:
Length: 8.000 mm, width incl. control stand: 3.090 mm, hydraulic pump incl. oil tank: 1.000 mm x 900 mm, Control unit: approx. 1.000 x 400 mm. The magnet table is 2.000 mm x 800 mm sized and can machine workpieces with following dimensions: 2.000 mm x 800 mm x 45 mm. Data of driving motor: 380 V, 62 A, 30 kW, 720 U/min. Estimated total weight approx. 20 t, Total required space approx. 21.700 mm x 5.000 mm. Foundation plan and cutting bed can be sent on request per mail.
