the complete sandblasting plant is standing ready for inspection and testing at the place where it has worked till now free at once for sale in the copndition "as it is" to a customer who cares for demounting an transport by himself
the plant comes comlete with Lühr dust- suction facility and 6- station- feeding equipment and a pillar- crane complete with safety- fence / rail
working pressure 6 bar, high output of the used compressor is required, plant comes WITHOUT compressor, it was linked to the factory- airnet of the pre owner the sandblaster works with GL 16 blasting corn grain size
the width of the blasting- chamber is 2,36 meters. Completely lined with plates of mangan- steel, thickness 5 to 15 mm the plant enables the inside- blasting of tubes or any other hollow spaces with a maximum length of 1.500 mm and a maximum inside- diameter of 250 mm. Maximum weight of the workpiece is around 100 kg 2 blasting lances, one under 90° from the right side 0 to 220 cm towering into the chamber, a second one under 45° towering 0 bis 100 mm from the left side into the chamber. The lances have an automatical feed, moving automatically into the chamber.
the plant is in very good condition ready for use and can be inspected and testet when ever you want. To fix an appointment is required !.
