the complete sandblasting plant is standing ready for inspection and testing at the place where it is still in use
free at the end of octobre for sale in the condition "as it is" to a customer who cares for demounting an transport by himself
electrical power 41 KW ( only the blastingunit without Lühr- dust- extruction- unit )
two spinning hurling- wheels with a diameter of 380 mm nd an electrical power of 11 KW ( every wheel ) accelerate the blasting grains by centrifugal force. Revs of the hurling- turbines: 2.900 rev / min
blasting grain flowrate 140 kg per minute and wheel, total 420 kg per minute
Ithe room inside the blasting- chamber is: hight 2.340, width 1.400 mm, deepth 1.800 mm
size of the door opening: hight 2.340 mm, width 1.480 mm
maximum size of work piece: diameter around 1.400 mm, hight around 2.000 mm
maximum wight of workpiece: 3.000 kg
the complete walls inside the chamber are lined with mangan- steel plates wit a thickness of 5 to 15 mm
noise level in use: ca. 80 dB (A)
other dates:
- distance between the centers of the hurling- wheels: 1.000 mm
- required space for the complete plant: minimum 13 x 6 meters
- the cabine requires a 1.25 meters deep hole in the cellar
- the plant can be filled with two different blasting grains !!!
- the Lühr- dust- extractor has got new filters in 11 / 2007 !!
plant can be inspected by potenial buyers when wver they want. Fixing of a term is needed !
