Allgemeines
-Ausführung in sauberer Schweisskonstruktion

jederzeitige Nachjustieren der ganzen Maschine
Gesteuerte Biege- und Oberwange
Biegewange und Oberwange werden über separate Steuerwellen hydraulisch angetrieben und
garantieren daher eine einwandfreie Spann- und Biegearbeit.
Diese Zwangssteuerung, seit Jahrzehnten bestens bewährt, öffnet und schliesst die Oberwange immer genau parallel und die Biegewange ist gegen Verdrehung stabilisiert, so dass auch kurze Abbuglängen ohne Winkeldifferenz hergestellt werden können.
Schneidautomat
Der Längenschneidautomat ist an der Biegewange montiert, sein Führungsrohr ist daran versenkt angeordnet. Für das Schneiden und Biegen ist keine Umrüstzeit notwendig. Wie für die Biegearbeit wird das Blech auch zum Schneiden in die Maschine eingespannt, und nach dem Drücken der Starttaste erfolgt der Schnitt. Die Schneidmesser sind aus bewährter Stahlqualität hergestellt und haben daher eine lange Standzeit. Zum Schneiden unterschiedlicher Blechdicken ist der Schneidkopf mit einer Schnittspalteinstellung versehen. Zum Schneiden von Chromnickelstahl stehen als Sonderzubehör hartmetallbestückte Schneidmesser zur Verfügung.
