Arbeitsbereich 3000 mm Breite, 2000 mm Höhe
Stabile Rahmenschweißkonstruktion aus starkwandigen
Spezialhohlprofilen. Der Grundrahmen mit gehobelten
Führungsbahnen für Schiebeschlitten und Druckbalken
und die 50 mm HESS-Lochrasterung für die Zentralverriegelung
des Schiebeschlittens bilden die Grundbasis für die Langzeitpräzision.
Spielend leicht sind sowohl der Schiebeschlitten als auch die Druckbalken
durch Kugellagerführungen in jede gewünschte Position zu verschieben.
Auf dem Grundrahmen aufgebaut ist linksseitig das durchgehende Widerlager
für die Breitenpressung. Dadurch entfallen bei der Breitenpressung zusätzliche Verstellarbeiten, da zusammen mit dem Vertikaldruckzylinder bzw. dem
Widerlager auf dem Druckbalken sich zwangsläufig die Preßecke bildet.
Und durch die Justierbarkeit dieses Widerlagers ist auch hier die Langzeitpräzision,
vor allem aber die dauerhafte Winkelgenauigkeit, gegeben.
Aufgebaut auf dem Grundrahmen ist auch der Schiebeschlitten mit schneller
und leichtgängiger Breitenverstellung durch kugelgelagerten Laufwagen.
Die Fixierung des Schiebeschlittens erfolgt im 50 mm-LochrasterSystem.
Schiebeschlitten mit extrem langer Abstützlagerung, mit Messinggleitführungen,
zur Aufnahme der Druckkräfte. Die auf dem Schiebeschlitten aufgebauten 2 Horizontaldruckzylinder sind stufenlos und durch Gewichtausgleiche leicht
höhenverstellbar. Schiebeschlitten und rechter Vertikaldruckbalken bilden
eine Einheit, sind aber für andere Verleimarbeiten, und zwar ohne Rüstzeit,
abkoppelbar.
Die 2 Vertikaldruckbalken sind mit integrierter Flachausführung für die Zylinderschnellverstellung ausgerüstet und über kugelgelagerte Laufwagen
leicht verschiebbar. Auf den Druckbalken aufgebaut sind das Widerlager
und der Druckzylinder. Druckplatten- und Widerlagertiefe 100 mm.
Druckzylinder im 50 mm-Lochraster höhenverstellbar. Widerlager in 3 günstige Arbeitspositionen im Lochraster verstellbar.
Schnelle, exakte und mühelose Positionierung der Vertikaldruckzylinder
durch Zylinderschnellverstellung mit Gewichtsausgleich. 2 Vertikaldruckzylinder, doppelwirkend, 200 mm, Zylinderhub, 2000 kp (2000 N), Druckkraft pro Zylinder
bei 100 bar, Fixierung durch HESS-Lochrasterung, 2 Horizontaldruckzylinder
mit 80 mm Zylinderhub, 2000 kp (ca. 20000 N) Druckkraft pro Zylinder bei 100 bar. Hydraulische Versorgungsanlage mit 100 bar Druckleistung und Sicherheitsschaltung
(für den Anschluß eines Mitteldruckbalkens ist die hydraulische Versorgungsleistung serienmäßig und ohne Mehrkosten mit einem zusätzl. Anschluß ausgerüstet).
Steuerung bediengünstig linksseitig am Grundrahmen montiert. Stueuerung
über 2 Steuerschieber mit den Schaltstellungen Pressen-StopLösen,
automatische Enddruckabschaltung, eloxierte Maßskalen für Breiten-
und Höheneinstellung, 100 mm Auflagen- und Druckplattentiefe.
Anschlußwerte: Elektro-Anschluß 1,1 kW, 380 Volt, 3/N 50 Hz.

(120 atü = 3000 kg) und ist daher in starkwandiger, verwindungsfreier Schweißkonstruktion hergestellt.
Zwei bewegliche Längsdruckbalken (auf Wunsch auch ein
Mitteldruckbalken) sind mit doppeltem Kugellager und Führungsschienen aufmontiert. Diese Schienen ermöglichen eine kontinuierliche Höhenverstellung der Zylinder.
Die Presszylinder werden durch Druckhebel-Schnellverstellung mit Selbsteinrastung verstellt.
Um die Bearbeitung kleiner Werkstücke zu erleichtern, sind die Längsdruckbalken zusätzlich mit Auflageböcken ausgerüstet.
Der Wagen läuft kugelgelagert und ist alle 5 cm einsetzbar. Außerdem ist der Wagen mit 2 verschiebbaren Zylindern zum waagrechten Verpressen ausgestattet. Presslänge und Presshöhe werden an der Skala eingestellt.
Die Rahmenpresse T 2 hat nur eine geringe Lärmentwicklung, di die Hydraulikpumpe direkt mit dem Motor verbunden ist. Auch ein gleichmäßiger Pressdruck ist dadurch garantiert. Der serienmäßige Schutzschalter bietet einen vollkommenen Motorschutz.
Schaltkasten und Bedienungshebel sind übersichtlich angebracht
und leicht zu bedienen.
2 elektrisch-ölhydraulische Schaltventile (mit 3 Schaltstufen) werden durch Handhebel betätigt. Dadurch können Sie mit Fingerspitzengefühl pressen und komplizierteste Rahmen-
konstruktionen zusammensetzen.

1. Press stand: The press consists of 2 portals, one of the is moveable, there is also a pressing plate. The pressing plate has a horizontal and a vertical movement.
2. High frequency generator Typ T20L 20 kW
3. Trombone: The Trombone is mounted to the press and is operated from the control board. 4. Hydraulic station: Consisting of a 200 ltr. oil tank, with a 11 kW motor mounted on top of the tank, the motor is operating 2 pumps (280 bar).
The ventiles and pressure switches are mounted to the tank.
5. Control board: Free standing control board. Form there the press can be controlled manual and automatic. Input of operation mode by PLC keyboard. Password protection of the input system information.
