All concrete and other foundations will be done by CUSTOMER according to the
plans giving by PI MAKINA
The electric supply will be provided by CUSTOMER to enry of control panel and
wil be connected by PI MAKINA technicians to control panel. The water supply
will be provided by CUSTOMER to enry of control panel and wil be connected
by PI MAKINA technicians to water counter.
Basis of foundation will be provided by CUSTOMER and the plant will be
mounted PI MAKİNA supervisors and technicians. CUSTOMER has the
responsibility to give cranes for erection, all equipments required for
erection,welding, machines, installation tools, enough helping personel with
electricians etc. During the erection period.
The customer will pay all accomodation and travel expenses of PI MAKINA
supervisors and technicians.
The erection supervisors and technicians will be sent after customer declaration of
everything is ready for erection.

Vacuum concrete-water-evacuates, Noggerath, P4.001, , (without carpet)
the aggregate is equipped with a special high speed vaccum pump, which
promotes and up to 5 m by means of level evacuates continuously the
surplus water during the vacuum treatment from the concrete. Drive by
flanged on three-phase motor 380 V with cultivated protective
switchgear of an engine and phasenwender in the device plug. The
inserted vacuum gauge serves for control of the prescribed negative
pressure, so that the vacuum treatment can be appropiately
accomplished. Difficult concrete mixtures is a regulating valve on the
top side of the aggregate. The NOGGERATH vacuum aggregate P 4,001 is
appropriate for the simultaneous enterprise of two NOGGERATH vacuum
carpets with a total work surface up to 100m2. Connection of the
carpets by two pressure tubings with stop valves and quick-couplers.
Length of the hoses ever 15 m. Pressure tubing extensions - on both sides with quick-couplers - ever
15 m long. Before start-up the vacuum tank with fresh water is filled
up and the engine is started. The aggregate works nonstop up to the
conclusion of the daily concreting work. For maintenance the aggregate
is unreeled after completion on the face, the gas cap is opened and
the tank with a water jet is cleaned. P 4,001 weighs only 130 kg and
is due to the small dimensions on the wheels supplied with pneumatic
tires strives loosely to transport. For crane transport the crane eye
serves.
