Hier wird das gefräste und mit Klebstoff bestückte Werkstückepaket mittels
Transportband von Fräse 2 übernommen und dem Querschub zugeführt. Der Querschub schiebt das Werkstückpaket nach dem Absenken der Seitenführung vom Transportband dem Beschleunigerband zu. Zwischen
Seitenführung und Beschleunigerband befindet sich eine höhenverstellbare
Fallkante. Sollen die Werkstücke um 90° gewendet werden, so ist durch die Höhenverstellung
der Fallkante eine der Stärke des Werkstückes entsprechende Fallhöhe herzustellen. Zur Unterstützung des Falles ist ein Bürstenmtor angebaut. Technische Daten:

Der zusammengefädelte Werkstückstrang wird mittels Transporteinrichtung der
Presse zugeführt. Zwischen Transporteinrichtung und Presse befindet sich eine elektronische Längenmesseinrichtung, welche die zu verpressende Werkstücklänge
bestimmt. Nach dem Erreichen der Länge stoppt der Vorschub, die Untertisch-
kappsäge sägt den Strang auf Länge, der Querschieber schiebt den Werkstückstrang
in die Pressposition und fährt wieder zurück. Nun kann die Presse erneut beschickt
werden. Beim Einlauf des Stranges in die Presse wird dieser durch ein Anlegelineal geführt. Der in der Pressposition liegende Werkstückstrang wird nun allseitig ausgerichtet
und gehalten bis er stirnseitig verpresst ist. Danach werden die Halteeinrichtungen
weggefahren, und der verpresste Strang wird ausgeschoben. Technische Daten:

Heavy, distortion-free steel-welded construction attached cross cut saw and integrated hydraulic unit. The clamping of the work piece, the router feed and the press lift are hydraulic. All other movements are pneumatic.
The machine has a programmable logic control that can always be changed during the course of the function.
The router device is beared in ball bushings and runs on hardened and polished guide bars. The working process runs continuously.
Horizontal working of the wood pieces. During the complete work process only the setting of the glue supply, the clamping and the pressure need to be adjusted. Wooden pieces of a min. length of 320 mm can be worked, only the first wood piece has to be of a minimum length of 900 mm. Between routing and pressing the clamping will not be opened. The pressure way will be executed by the machine slide. The procedure guarantees a perfect finger jointing. The wood is transported by driven infeed rolls. Glue application by glue rolls.
