Interoperational transport in progress of phosphatizing and blackening are carry out by underslung electric manipulators of load capacity 400 kg , Manipulators are hand – operated moving on hanging travel way lock onto carrying steel construction.Transport between rows of lines is performed by electrically control traverse carts.The cart on the input section of link is redisigned as a lift and fill function as a input lifting stand.
Both lins are projected for manual operation with permanent attendance, but operation forwarding manipulators, turning drums in baths, keying and cooling technological bath are controlled and checked by control system TECOMAT NS 950 from company TECO.
