It produces gluten-free bakery products such as breads, pizzas, and pies, and offers products for both retail and professional use. The company has been operating since 1955 and focuses on gluten-free baking, product safety, and long shelf life. Moilas also operates a packaging line for fresh gluten-free bread packed in a protective atmosphere.
