Description
A buffer of feedstock is alligned laying flat side by side on the chain cross feeder. The chain feeder transports parts across to the fence. The part next to the fence is detected by a light beam and the the first roller is raised to allow entry and the transport roller then pushes the workpiece under the feed rollers of the planer. The first feed roller of the planer needs to be freewheeling roller to allow operation of the EM814.
