𝗖𝗡𝗖 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀: The machine features twin spindles with HSK-C32 or HSK-C40 holders and impressive speeds of up to 20,000 rpm. You can rely on a concentricity of the spindles of less than 2 μm.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Each axis of the machine ensures a positioning accuracy of less than 2 μm, resulting in excellent results.

𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Both the spindle housings and motors are water-cooled to ensure optimum performance and longevity.

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The machine is fully enclosed to prevent chip ingress, keeping the working environment clean.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: The workpiece carriers are locked directly in a high-precision Hirth toothing during pallet transport, which impresses with its robustness and long-term accuracy.

𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Any errors in the clamping devices can be assigned to each pallet as correction values and stored in the CNC control to ensure precise machining accuracies of less than 10 μm at all stations.

𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The entire machine is air-cooled and temperature-stabilised, reducing warm-up phases to a minimum. The supplied air also serves as protection against dust particles and moisture inside the machine.
