The bottles are held in grippers on the carousel and pass three treatment stages before filling: rinsing with water, blowing out with air and gravity drainage. The machine runs at up to 48,000 bottles per hour; this output was achieved in production on the 330, 400 and 500 ml formats, while on the larger formats the filler set the line speed. It has been run on 330, 400, 500, 580 and 650 ml glass bottles, and the change parts for these formats are included. The rinser is fully enclosed by transparent safety doors and is operated from a Krones iPanel. The universal format parts visible in the video are not included in the offer.
