Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, MARCELISSEN SHC (Compact Hydro Cutter) | Hydro Cutter for cutting fries and root vegetables Manufacturer: Marcelissen Food Processing Machinery Model / Type: SHC / Hydro Cutter (Compact Hydro Cutter) Condition: New Power supply: 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase Capacity: up to 10,000 kg/h (10 t/h) Working area: approx. 7.5 m² Overall dimensions: modular line with a total length of approx. 6000–7500 mm x width 1500 mm x height 2200 mm The industrial Marcelissen SHC (Compact Hydro Cutter) is an advanced line designed for hydromechanical, continuous cutting of potatoes and other root vegetables (carrots, beets) into fries, sticks, wedges, and slices. The operating principle is based on the use of a water jet as a pressure medium: the product placed in a buffer tank is drawn in and accelerated in a closed pipe system, and then passes through a stationary knife block under high pressure. Thanks to the hydraulic guidance of the raw material in the pressure channel, the product hits the knives perfectly axially, which eliminates mechanical damage and cracking of the fries, guaranteeing a uniform, smooth cross-section and maximum yield. The device is ideal for large fruit and vegetable processing plants, french fry factories, frozen food factories, as well as established butcher shops and catering companies that produce ready-to-eat products. Ibodez N S E Hjpfx Ap Dec The well-thought-out, modular compact design ensures that the line occupies less than 7.5 m² of floor space while maintaining a very high capacity of up to 10 tons per hour. The quick-change system for knife cassettes allows the machine to be reconfigured for a different cutting format in less than a minute, which minimizes production downtime.

Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, Water jet cutter for fries and vegetables Casting manufacturer: GME Model/Type: 11584-1 Serial number: 0902 / 2684 Ibjdoz N S Emspfx Ap Dec Power supply: Hydraulic / hydro-pneumatic Working equipment: 5 interchangeable dies and cutting heads (including those for straight fries, crinkle-cut fries, and sticks) The water jet cutter is a professional, industrial water jet cutting machine (hydro-cutter) designed for lossless and fast water jet cutting of potatoes into fries and root vegetables in food processing plants. The machine works perfectly in large production lines for fresh and frozen fries, catering establishments, and industrial vegetable wholesalers. The operating principle is based on hydro-transport, in which the raw material carried by a high-pressure water jet passes through a guide sleeve (aligner) and strikes a stationary array of cross-cutting blades at high speed. This technology completely eliminates cracking and crushing of the vegetables, guaranteeing a perfectly smooth cutting surface and the highest efficiency, reaching several tons of raw material per hour.
