Grosse Mühle from Dingelstädt

The Grosse Mühle in Dingelstädt is a historic water mill, documented since 1591 and now operated by the Rosenthal family in its fifth generation. The operation combines traditional milling technology with modern processing, gently turning grain into flour. By-products can also be utilized, for example in animal production, and organically grown grain is also processed. The range also includes the manufacture of briquette presses; these machines are produced in small series in Germany. In addition to sales, mill tours are also possible by appointment.
