Packaging system for dosing and filling granules into pre-made pouches and vacuuming of the pouch. Work steps: Removal of the bag, dosing of the granulate by means of a scale, forming the bag into a brick shape before filling, vacuuming and sealing of the bag. Suitable for granular materials such as coffee beans, cereals, rice, animal feed, seeds, beans, peanuts, salt, chemical fertilizer, etc. PLC controlled, operation via touch screen. Suitable for poly bags. - Specifications: filling range: 500-5000g; accuracy: = 5g; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 9 cycles/minute; power: 380V, total 5kW; compressed air: 0,85m³/min, 6-8bar; dimensions of the machine: L2260xW2925xH2500mm.
