Description
1. Currently, everything is designed exclusively for use with Inarca connectors/housings. To use other connectors that are not physically identical to Inarca versions, conversion is necessary (the Komax team is most familiar with this).
2. Double crimping is not possible; only single crimping is supported.
3. The ZETA 633/654 machine is equipped with 4 presses. The ZETA 633/656 machine has 3 presses (refer to the PP image from the first email).
4. The Zeta 654 machine features automatic sleeve insertion on the fastons. This is possible for 6.3 and 4.8 terminals.
5. The system can be adapted for different connector pole counts. We used connectors with various pole configurations (2P, 3P, 4P, 7P, 8P), depending on the customer’s requirements.
On the 654 machine, connector feeding into the machine is automatic via a vibratory feeder. On the 656 machine, connectors are manually placed onto a pallet (one is inserted, the other pallet is in the stack and conductors are automatically inserted).
6. The presses are “smart” and automatically adjust the clamping height to the conductor.

7. The machines do not have an injection molding unit.
8. In practice, the maximum processed length has been 1,500 mm. According to technical specifications, even longer lengths are possible (see technical data below for each machine).
9. On the Zeta 656, connectors can be crimped on both ends of the conductors. On the Zeta 654, this is only possible on one end (see image below).
