Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, functionality: fully functional, The Impuls Packaging Cobot is an intelligent automation system designed to move and position products efficiently and precisely. It handles the automatic picking, placement, and arrangement of products on pallets or within packaging units, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow. Thanks to the integrated automation technology, various packing patterns and workflows can be stored directly in the system and recalled as needed. This enables the Cobot to be flexibly adapted to changing products and production requirements without any setup downtime. A range of gripper options is available for the Cobot, including vacuum grippers (either pneumatically operated or with an integrated vacuum motor) as well as specialized gripping systems for different applications. Together with our German partner in the Frankfurt region, we develop the optimal solution for your product to ensure precise, safe, and efficient handling. The system is operated via a user-friendly interface, allowing for easy setup and control without the need for programming skills. The Cobot’s compact design makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines while requiring very little floor space. Using our Cobot increases process reliability and reduces dependence on personnel bottlenecks due to illness or unfilled shifts, ensuring reliable and efficient production even with fluctuating staff availability. Typically, the Cobot pays for itself within the first year. System Features 1. 6-axis cobot robot for moving and placing products 2. Compact, space-saving design 3. Suitable for various pallet sizes 4. Multiple packing patterns can be stored and transferred to other systems 5. Easy operation with a graphical user interface, suitable for unskilled staff 6. Low energy consumption, minimal operating costs 7. Available with a variety of gripper options Technical Parameters 1. Maximum product dimensions: L1200mm, W1200mm, H500mm 2. Maximum product weight: approx. 20kg (depending on gripper weight) 3. Packaging speed: 6–10 palletizing cycles/minute (depending on product and pallet size; up to 32 packs/minute possible with multi-pick) 4. Maximum stacking height: 2000mm (600mm additional lift), arm reach up to 1680mm 5. Pneumatic connection required for operation 6. Connection voltage: 3Ph. 380V 50Hz, DC 24V connection 7.
