Becomix RW2500 + AB1200

Used Becomix production plant consisting of main mixer RW2500 and pre-mix vessel AB1200 for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying on an industrial scale. Originally used for sterile skin care products. Very good condition, complete factory overhaul planned (new seals, piping, pneumatics and control, homogenizer and drives overhauled), new stainless steel platform included.

MAIN MIXER RW2500

• Working volume approx. 600–2,500 L, total volume approx. 3,458 L, 316L mirror polished
• 0–3 bar, vacuum to -1 bar, up to 134 °C, jacket, TÜV approved
• Anchor agitator with PTFE scrapers approx. 30 kW, rotor-stator homogenizer approx. 45 kW (5–25 m/s)
• Recirculation line DN100, hydraulic lid

PRE-MIX VESSEL AB1200

• Working volume approx. 400–1,200 L, turbo agitator, two-zone heating, transfer line
