Complete Automatic Packaging and Palletizing Line by Concetti S.p.A.

This state-of-the-art installation, manufactured by Concetti S.p.A., is a fully automated line for weighing, bagging, sealing, palletizing, and stretch wrapping of products—particularly designed for granular materials. It is composed of the following main modules:

Electronic Weighing System (Net/G type) with stainless steel contact parts, high precision (+/- 0.2%) and integrated dust extraction.

Automatic FFS Bagging Machine (Model FFS-E 600) for forming and filling PE tubular film bags, with thermal sealing.

Articulated Robotic Palletizer (Model PS-4A/15S-A) with KUKA robot arm, programmable interface, and high-capacity handling for full bags.

Automatic Stretch Wrapper (Model P 60 E) with turntable and top-sheet dispenser for dust-proof and hermetic wrapping.

The entire system is compliant with CE directives and is equipped with high-quality components from Siemens, Festo, SICK, Rexroth-Bosch, and more.
