Gema MRS

Condition: used, Powder coating booth with filter cart & fluidized bed For sale is a professional, industrial powder coating system from the traditional manufacturer Gema Volstatic. This is the proven MRS system (Multi-Recovery System), which ensures highly efficient powder recovery (overspray extraction) and clean working conditions in the workshop. The system is extremely robustly built and, thanks to the generous manual coating opening, is ideally suited for manual operation (hand coating). Technical data & connection values: • Manufacturer: Gema Volstatic AG • System / Type: MRS booth with filter cart and fluidized bed • Electrical connection: Voltage 3 x 380 V / 50 Hz (standard three-phase) • Compressed air connection (input pressure): min. 6 bar / max. 10 bar (recommended pressure: 7 bar) • Compressed air quality: Water vapor content max. 1.3 g/m³, oil content max. 0.1 ppm • Compressed air consumption (filter plate cleaning): max. 18 Nm³/h • Fan output of the cleaning unit: • For organic powders: Depending on the number of filter plates, from 7.5 kW to 15 kW (volume flow up to 12,000 m³/h) • For enamel powder: From 5.5 kW to 11 kW (volume flow up to 8,800 m³/h) • Fan differential pressure: 4.2 kPa (at 8000 m³/h) to 4.5 kPa (at 12000 m³/h) Dimensions & space requirements: • External dimensions of the booth: approx. Length 6.30 m × Width 2.52 m × Height 3.20 m • Internal dimensions of the booth (working area): approx. Length 6.00 m × Width 1.73 m • Dimensions of the platform: approx. Length 7.64 m × Width 2.45 m × Height 1.16 m Equipment & components: • Booth housing: Solid construction including booth inlet and booth substructure • Filter cart with fluidized bed: Excess powder is drawn downwards Dedpfx Ajz N Aiveb Njwc The fluidized bed converts the powder into a liquid-like state using compressed air, so that it can be directly reprocessed and reused in the cycle (enormous material savings!) • Cleaning unit: Unit mounted on top, including solenoid valve cover and sealing frame • Safety & control: Integrated pressure monitoring and pneumatic monitoring via the side control unit • Ergonomics: Hand lever valve for easy control directly on the booth, large manual coating opening for the operator, and gun travel slots on the back • CO₂ fire suppression system (fire protection system) Item location: 48683 Ahaus / Ottenstein (Münsterland, North Rhine-Westphalia) Important collection & dismantling options (Please note): Option 1: Dismantling by the buyer The system must be professionally dismantled and transported away by the buyer on site.
