The materials which we use for manufacturing hold the proper certificates of durability and they are subject to quality control on a continuous basis. Storage racks consist of sliding and slightly inclined drawers. They save up to 75% of space because all the partitions are parallel and they are separated every 10 millimetres. We also offer various sizes and load-bearing capacities. However, after consultations, we are able to manufacture a storage rack of different parameters, considering your individual conditions and requirements. The inclination of spans depends on assembly – it may be right hand sided or left hand sided. We recommend this storage rack especially to glass production facilities, stoneworks facilities, furniture production facilities and advertising companies, which want to use their space effectively. The racks are delivered for self-assembly in a package. The assembly is very simple and easy owing to our long-term experience which allowed us to create a well-thought product which is attached with the assembly instructions, making the assembly trouble-free. A gripper clamps the material, the NC control positions the material automatically. The tension and the sawing process are then triggered. The positions are previously programmed into the program control. Once the machine tool has completed your machining, it automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the processing part, several parts can also be clamped on top of each other/next to each other and positioned at the same time.
