The tabletop consists of a 22 mm thick laminate MDF board, covered in the pressing area by a slotted vacuum distribution plate made of MDF. Membrane frame opening is supported by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. Equipped with a natural rubber membrane, 2 mm thick, with 780% elasticity and temperature resistance up to 70°C, fastened using a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The continuous sealing of the pressing chamber is achieved via a sealing profile in the membrane frame. Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks, providing a total capacity of 200 liters.
