Used Lewa Pumps for sale (3)

Year of construction: 2008, condition: like new (used), LEWA Inline Dilution and Dosing Systems These mobile dosing units (2 units) are designed as inline dilution and dosing systems. They are used for the precise production and delivery of liquid mixtures/buffer solutions directly in the production process, without the need for separate mixing tanks. Dosing range: 1st unit 60 - 2,100 and 2nd unit 15 - 800 liters/hour Iijdpfxezl S Sto Ap Dsh LEWA Ecodos - dosing pumps for highly precise dosing of different liquids Diaphragm valves and pressure holding valves for exact pressure and flow regulation Static mixer, which homogenously mixes the added media Measuring and control technology such as flow meters, pressure sensors, pH and conductivity meters for process monitoring Control and operation: Simatic 15 Touch Panel PC 667 Controller: Simatic S7-300 Data recording: Yokogawa DX 220 P recorder Liquid analysis system: Mettler Toledo M 700 Manufacturer: LEWA Year of manufacture: 2008 Space requirement: approx. 210 x 130 x 220 cm + approx. 150 x 90 x 165 cm

Condition: like new (used), Year of construction: 2023, GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Advanced tooling with a dense and symmetrical structure of the clamping elements. Designed for precise positioning and rigid clamping of geometrically complex components (e.g., car body panels) during automated welding or spot welding processes. The design features a high degree of repeatability of the base points and is fully adaptable for mounting on a welding rotator. COMPONENTS: 1. DESTACO brand pneumatic (knee-type) clamps – 30 pieces. Heavy-duty clamping elements responsible for the mechanical locking of the part. 2. FESTO brand compact pneumatic cylinders – 14 pieces. Used for extending the positioning pins or auxiliary locks. 3. Clamp position sensors (inductive/magnetic) – approx. 30 pieces. Monitor the open and closed states of the clamping elements. Iiedpfxjz Ng Nys Ap Deh 4. Pneumatic installation in thermal shields (Pyrojacket type) – a complete system of manifolds with flexible hoses in thick, red, fire-resistant braids, protecting against welding spatter. 5. Valve manifolds / pneumatic distributor blocks – 2 pieces. Control the operating sequences of the individual clamps. 6. Positioning blocks, reference bases (NC blocks) and pins. Precisely milled support points with engraved technological coordinates. 7. Main structural frame – 1 piece. Rigid, stress-relieved welded structure made of closed profiles, equipped with transport lugs and mounting plates for the rotator disc.

Condition: like new (used), Year of construction: 2023, GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A self-contained, dedicated tooling system designed for a specific operation within an automated production line. It features a robust, open central frame and standardized, heavy-duty mounting units. The tool directly interfaces with industrial robots in a thermal hazard zone, incorporating advanced installation safety features and a dedicated system for dissipating stray currents. COMPONENT LIST: 1. DESTACO brand main welding clamps with opening angle control – 20 pieces. Equipped with a mechanical angle indicator (range 5-135°) to facilitate collision-free loading. 2. Eye bolts (lifting lugs) – 4 pieces. Iiodpfxjz Ng N Te Ap Dsh 3. Copper grounding blocks (welding grounding) – approximately 2 connection points. Thick copper connections protect the electronics and positioner bearings from welding current. 4. Electro-pneumatic junction box (I/O connection box) – 1 piece. A collective housing for signals from inductive sensors, facilitating communication with the PLC controller. 5. Base blocks (NC blocks) with an X, Y, Z coordinate plate – approximately 25 pieces. Base pillars (so-called shims) guaranteeing perfect spatial positioning of the part. 6. Pneumatic installation in red protective sleeves – a complete supply line hidden within fire-resistant covers, safely routed inside the profiles and through edge feedthroughs. 7. Base frame with a process stand – 1 set. Consists of a galvanized working frame and a black service stand for offline maintenance tasks.
