The automatic core cutter allows your cardboard cores to be cut while the operator attends to other tasks. The core length, dimension, and quantity to be cut are entered via the control panel. The core magazine is then loaded with 2 m long cores and, with the push of the start button, the machine processes the job automatically, without the need for operator intervention or supervision.
This significantly reduces the variety of cores needed in inventory, saving on storage capacity and costs.
Our automatic core cutter features a Bosch Rexroth 4-axis servo drive, addressing all requirements of small to medium-sized businesses with minimal investment.
Custom software requirements can be accommodated. Production jobs can be entered either manually via the control panel or via USB stick. Jobs can be saved and recalled as needed.
For optimal service, the machine is equipped with an Ethernet port for diagnostics and rapid troubleshooting.
A set of core adapters is included with the machine; additional adapter sizes are available upon request. The corresponding settings for core diameter changes must be carried out by the machine operator.
