Description
SEMIX Compact type concrete batching plants are designed for limited spaces and transportation easiness for overseas countries.
SEMIX Compact 30 can fit on a single container and assembled in 3 days completely.
SEMIX Compact 30 is equipped with 750/500 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.
All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. The robust steel structure maintains long-life performance. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer mechanism.
SEMIX Compact Concrete Batching Plants offers variety in aggregate transfer mechanism. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose either skip hoist mechanism or transfer conveyor for aggregate transfer.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.
