The machine is in excellent condition and fully operational. It was used only at several exhibitions and in a demo center. The machine is designed for longitudinal slitting and sheet cutting operations. It is fully programmable, with automatic adjustment of the longitudinal slitting knives. Longitudinal slitting into 6 strips (5 pairs of knives) with the possibility to mount up to 7 pairs. Equipped with a modern F3 control system featuring a touchscreen interface, which allows easy programming of different lengths, widths, and quantities. The controller communicates with an electronic eye, automatically sets the zero point, and enables precise, clean perpendicular cuts. Integrated material-saving function – the machine stops, the slitting knives are raised, and the sheet is automatically fed into the shears. Comes with complete technical documentation. Equipment for straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing rolled metal is an integral attribute of companies working with sheet metal. The FORSTNER company, which has long-term experience in the production of rolled metal processing machines, currently offers the market not only conventional metal shearing machines, but also equipment that performs straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing functions. The shearing function is performed using disk or guillotine shears. Depending on your production goals and the tasks the equipment must perform, they can be divided into four groups: 1. shearing machines; 2. longitudinal cutting and shearing machines; 3. straightening and shearing machines; 4. straightening, longitudinal cutting, and shearing machines. The straightening and longitudinal cutting functions of certain models of longitudinal cutting machines can be automated, which allows you to quickly and conveniently change the parameters when starting to work with another material. Forstner EASY series equipment is a machine that cuts a sheet of metal of a set length with the help of a guillotine or circular shears. EASY CUT machines are equipped with circular shears that can cut steel up to 1.0 mm thick. If you need a machine that can cut thicker metal, then it is recommended to choose the EASY PRO model with a guillotine. The working width of the machines can be 1250 mm or 1500 mm. Forstner STRAIGHT. These machines, by pulling a set length of a sheet of metal, straighten it and cut it. Depending on the type of cross-cutting knife and the diameter of the straightening rollers, the thickness of the processed metal varies from 1 mm to 2 mm. STRAIGHT and POWERSTRAIGHT also differ in the adjustment of the straightening rollers: mechanical or automatic. Integrated automatic control saves time in the long term, because changing the operating parameters of the machine is enough to press one button. Automatic control is a great choice when working with many different materials. The Forstner SLIT series is a reliable assistant when cutting rolled metal. The SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models not only cut the metal, but also cut it lengthwise into strips of the selected width. As standard, these models are equipped with 5 longitudinal cutting knives (the maximum number of knives is 7). The main difference between the SLIT CUT and SLIT PRO models is the type of cutting knife - a circular shear or a guillotine. The Forstner COMPACT series is a device that pulls the required length of material, flattens it, cuts it into strips of the desired width and cuts sheets of a set length. The main difference between the models is the type of knife used for cutting: a circular shear or a guillotine. The flattening rollers and longitudinal cutting knives are mechanically adjusted. Gbjdpfx Aewd E N Eol Ueu POWER COMPACT is a powerful equipment for flattening, longitudinal cutting and shearing rolled metal. These two models differ in working width and cross-cutting metal thickness. NuSLIT machine models are fully automated equipment. If you are looking for an automatically controlled machine that performs longitudinal cutting and cutting functions, you should choose the nuSLIT PRO or nuSLIT PROCUT models. The difference between these two models is the type of cutting knife: guillotine or segmented disc shears. NuSLIT STRAIGHT PRO and nuSLIT STRAIGHT PROCUT, in addition to the above functions, also smooth the metal sheet.
