Year of construction: 2016, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, Special equipment: automatic oil skimmer Technical data Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. For the removal of oil and grease contamination in the shortest possible time. Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings. 2129905 Easy operation thanks to the fully automatic cleaning process. This allows skilled workers to concentrate on other important tasks. The washing tank is filled with a mixture of water and a water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating washing basket, and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the device is switched on, and the solution in the tank is heated. In the closed device, the basket rotates around its own axis at a constant speed. The pump unit draws the washing solution from the washing tank and pumps it through 3 stainless steel nozzle tubes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. The parts to be cleaned are intensively blasted with the hot solution from all sides during the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket. After the cleaning process is completed, the device switches off automatically. ∙∙ 1 pump arranged vertically ∙∙ 3 three-dimensional nozzle tubes made of stainless steel Dodozwb Easpfx Ap Ijwc ∙∙ robust stainless steel design ∙∙ additional small parts cleaning basket made of stainless steel (Ø 170 mm) ∙∙ rotating washing basket made of stainless steel, gear rim drive via separate motor ∙∙ intake filter in front of the pump shaft ∙∙ high spray pressure ∙∙ fume extraction ∙∙ stainless steel sieve plate with filter basket ∙∙ low water level protection W x D x H (closed): 1130 x 1010 x 1150 mm W x D x H (open): 1130 x 1220 x 1730 mm Usable height: 500 mm Load capacity: 150 kg Basket diameter: 780 mm Washing tank capacity: 85 liters Pump pressure: 3.1 bar Spray rate: 4800 L/h Power consumption: 4.8 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz Weight: 90 kg Temperature: 0-60°C
