Foudila deck nailing machine, DNM-153 is a compact, flexible, and efficient machinery for production of decks for pallet industry to an excellent price-performance ratio. Thanks to the machine’s high production speed, user-friendly design and board magazines with large buffer, it is well suited for manufacturing both standard and special products in small and large production series with only one operator. The machine is capable of producing over 1000 decks per work shift. The machine is equipped with three nailers with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can include 1–3 nails and can also be clinched if needed. The boards are fed into magazines with a large buffer – three cassettes for stringer/under boards and one cassette for deck/upper boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern and user-friendly software interface on a 10” touchscreen, using a Beckhoff control system.
