Description
This ATECMI FLEXOPAL is an automatic depalletizer for empty glass bottles, built in 2008 and used on 750 ml wine bottles at an output of up to 12,000 bottles per hour. The gantry head grips each layer with inflatable tubes and sets it onto the discharge table. An integrated automatic strap cutter with strap intake removes the pallet straps without operator intervention, and magazines take up the interlayers and the empty pallets. The scope includes the pallet infeed and outfeed conveyors, the bottle outfeed conveyors and an ATECMI inliner.
