The turbines operate at an angle of approximately 70° to the direction of travel and have eight blasting blades and a pre-accelerator. The active blasting area is lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Other internal areas are protected by wear-resistant, noise-reducing rubber. The wire mesh belt is made of highly wear-resistant spring steel. A closed blasting media circuit with a screw conveyor, bucket elevator, blasting media cleaning system, and dosing system ensures reliable operation. Three-layer rubber curtains reduce blasting media leakage. An adjustable high-pressure blow-off system cleans the workpieces after the blasting process. The extraction and filter system with cartridge filters achieves a dust emission of max. 3 mg/m³.
