Fast operation
Supports spiral diameters in the range of 3/16”-1 1/8”
Working width up to 700 mm
Crimping thickness approx. 23 mm
Efficiency up to 1200 cycles/h
The semi-automatic unwinds the spiral from the spool, counts the stitches, cuts the spiral to the specified number of stitches and transfers the spiral section to the crimping zone.
The operator places a calendar with previously made perforation on the table
The calendar is automatically transferred to the crimping zone after pressing the pedal.
