Description
The dust extractor is a mobile suction and filter unit for commercial use, designed to be placed in the work area. The dust extractor is suitable for collecting, conveying, and separating dry wood, paper, or plastic shavings and dust from various machining machines.
Consisting of a vacuum-resistant housing with a suction nozzle and check valve, antistatic and water- and oil-repellent filter elements with jet-pulse cleaning, a high-performance radial fan arranged on the clean air side with a three-phase motor of energy efficiency class IE3, as well as integrated exhaust noise reduction and air outlet grille. Equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters, 2 chip collection containers with filling bags, and a control unit with a 5 m connection cable and CEE plug.
The control unit is designed for automatic operation. The automatic start control for a maximum of 6 machines and the automatic filter cleaning with runtime addition are included. For the automatic start, either take-off coils or potential-free contacts of the machine can be used.
1K PVC single-layer coating in RAL 9006 (white aluminum).
Delivered in a fully assembled, ready-to-use condition.
For cleaning, compressed air prepared on-site must be provided at the device. (Connection via a quick-connect nipple, NW 7 / 6 bar).
