Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm wide (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and small footprint, the machine can be used efficiently in small, medium, and large workshops. The low price makes it attractive even for small series and individual production.
Drive is via a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed freely. In most cases, workpieces do not need to be clamped tightly for broaching. Stroke setting is controlled by adjustable limit switches. When broaching short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.
