PLC-controlled wood copy lathe for turning and milling
The machine has two controlled axes: the longitudinal axis and the rotary axis.
Input of various feed rates and corresponding lengths for turning, as well as additional divisions and pitches for milling.
Several programs for turning and milling operations can be stored.
Hydraulic copy sensing of a pattern or template.
The roughing and copy tools are equipped with fine adjustments.
Template adjustment can be made from the front and rear using fine-threaded spindles.
The copy length can be divided into up to 6 sections with different feed rates for turning highly contoured workpieces.

Two speed levels adjustable via V-belt, and within each level, operation can be continuously adjusted using a frequency inverter.
