Advanced Automation & Control Systems
The line employs centralized controls to streamline operation and changeovers. The GAI monoblock regulates isobaric parameters to limit oxygen pickup and foam, maintaining consistent fill levels on all listed formats. An operator-friendly HMI bottling station provides status, alarms, and access to format recipes where configured.

Control interface: HMI with status indications and alarms
Automation: PLC-based logic; recipe-led parameters when enabled
Process control: Counter-pressure setpoints tailored to beer carbonation
Safety features: Interlocked guards, emergency stops, standard protections
Electrical: Standard industrial power supply (to be confirmed during site survey)

Production Line Integration Capabilities
Designed to interface with common upstream and downstream modules, this beer bottling machinery connects to depalletizers, conveyors, date coders, inspection, and case packing. The Enos SIRIAM labeler aligns with brewery-standard label applications and synchronizes with existing conveyor speeds and inspection logic.

Compatibility: Interfaces with standard transport conveyors, inspection, and packing equipment
Format change: Supports 0.33 L, 0.50 L, and 0.70 L with dedicated change parts
Multi-line environments: Can operate alongside PET or aluminum packaging lines via shared utilities and conveyors
