Description
Coffee Roaster GW Barth Sirocco 200 for sale in Poland
Convection ball roaster suitable for coffee, cocoa, or nuts.
From 1900, GW Barth Ludwigsburg & Co GmbH (now Bühler Group) was one of the world’s leading manufacturers of roasting machines, especially for chocolate manufacturers, where many Siroccos are still in production today. Indeed, mostly made of cast iron, these robustly built machines are durable and can be considered efficient production tools when updated with recent technologies, as is the case with the one we are selling.
Whether you are roasting coffee or cocoa, the forced hot air system combined with the ball drum of the Sirocco will guarantee the most homogeneous results and allow you to avoid the most common roasting defects that you might encounter when the flame hits the drum.
Technical details:
Lredpey Ua Hysfx Aiksl
Capacity of 100-120 kg per batch, depending on the density of the product.
Roasting time: 15-20 minutes.
Voltage: 3x400VAC.

Condition: fully regenerated and refurbished, in perfect working condition, ready to install and operate.
