To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses are fitted with a removable and replaceable pressure plate. Tools can be mounted in place of the pressure plate. An anti-rotation device is fitted to the cylinder by means of a clamp and guide rod. The hydraulic unit features two speeds and is equipped with automatic high-speed shutoff. A decompression valve for the cylinder is also included in the delivery. ELECTRICS AND SAFETY: A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and an MTP-400 4-inch touchscreen (positioned above the electric foot pedal) are integrated as standard. These allow programming of the operation mode (semi-automatic or automatic), force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. The system offers storage for up to 99 programs, with each allowing configuration of all previous parameters. The control cabinet includes a switch for selecting the desired operation mode (manual or automatic) and a key switch for maintenance work.
