A special feature of this machine is the dual bearing of the driven flywheel. This design provides ideal bearing alignment and thus optimal support for the driven flywheel.

The standard KASTO Basic Control system allows for intuitive and efficient machine operation. Up to 98 jobs (length/quantity combinations) can be programmed. Once the set quantity is reached, the machine automatically shuts off. The material feed unit positions the material length with high precision via a ball screw.

A frequency-controlled drive with bevel gears, jam protection, bandsaw breakage protection, and clamping force control are included as standard features. These ensure perfect operation for both single cuts and small to medium batch runs.

KASTO’s universal hydraulics ensure optimal cutting results and long band saw blade life.
